PERFORMANCE STAGES - SPECIFICATIONS
Overview: RCP provides entertainment performance stages on a rental basis on an event basis. Stage specifications, rates, terms are outlined below.
Stage Inventory: Stages are fabricated from 2x4 & plywood. All stage decks are painted black.
1. MAIN PERFORMANCE STAGE:
L32’ X W24’ X H4’ Stage consists of 8 -4x16 decks & can assembled into multiple configurations
2. MAIN STAGE SOUND WINGS: 4 - 4’ X 8’ DECKS FOR SOUND
REINFORCEMENT
3. MAIN STAGE STAIR UNITS: 2 – STAIRWAY UNITS WITH RAILS ALLOW FOR STAGE ACCESS IN ANY CONFIGURATION.
4. SMALL PERFORMANCE STAGES:
10 - L8’ X W4’ X H2’ Stage can assembled into multiple configurations.
5. SMALL PERFORMANCE STAGES LONGTYPES:
4 – L16’ X W4’ X H2’. Stage can assembled into multiple configurations.

STAGING RENTAL FEES:
Per day basis.
Multiple day rental discounts available.
MAIN PERFORMANCE STAGE: $200/deck – complete stage: $1,600/day
MAIN STAGE SOUND WINGS: $100/deck
MAIN STAGE STAIR UNITS: No charge
SMALL PERFORMANCE STAGES: $75/deck
SMALL PERFORMANCE STAGES LONGTYPES: $75/deck
MAYORS TOWER/POLITICIANS PERCH: $200/day
TICKET BOOTHS: $200/booth/day -4 booths with electrical/lighting
DELIVERY/PICKUP: $250.00 WITHIN 30 MILES OF BOERNE
RENTAL TERMS: PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE
NOTICE: All staging components will be delivered in show condition. Any damage to any stage, stair, ticket booth or tower components will be replaced or repaired at your expense.
NO staples, screws nails or any metallic fasteners are to be affixed to any stage component. tie-wraps or rope is allowed for signage stage skirting.
An staging release document will inventory the type, quantity and condition of all stage components prior to delivery and will be released ONLY with your prior signature.
