One of the newest businesses to recently open in Boerne is

“MY HILL COUNTRY KITCHEN”!

Owner Stacey Auxier has discovered a unique cooking experience that everyone will enjoy.

The way it works goes like this:

each month Stacey and her staff create a menu of assorted and tasty dinners but the catch is…

you prepare it yourself!

You select the dinner and Stacey provides all the ingredients, prep area and packaging for your dinner. Simply choose the menu/prep station and begin making your special dinner.

When your’e finished preparing the dinner just package it up take it home and cook it.

 The great thing is you can make it in bulk, freeze it and cook it at another time.

The staff is there to assist and it’s a lot of fun! You’ll meet all kinds of fun new people and if your a family “on the go” this is just the thing that will make your life just a little bit easier.

They also do catering but call Stacey and ask for details especially since the holidays are right around the corner and they are becoming very busy and gift certificates are available.

MY HILL COUNTRY KITCHEN will have a booth on Main Street during the event so swing by and say hello and sample some of her incredible “fixin’s”!

Now for some history.

Since 1983, Marble Slab Creamery® has set its standards of quality unusually high.  Every batch of our superpremium ice cream is homemade, and we hand-roll our freshly baked waffle cones in each store.  As for mixins, they offer only the freshest fruits, the finest nuts, the sweetest candies, and the yummiest cookies around.  So whatever your order, you can be sure it’s fresh and filled with fabulous flavor.

The Marble Slab experience starts when you enter one of our stores and are immediately greeted by the aroma of our freshly-baked waffle cones, available in a variety of flavors ranging from Vanilla Cinnamon to Dark Chocolate with Butterfinger®.

Then comes the moment of choice...deciding which one of our delicious, homemade, superpremium ice cream flavors best satisfies your craving. Will it be a traditional favorite such as Sweet Cream, Chocolate Swiss or Strawberry? Or perhaps a more unique flavor like Cheesecake, Chocolate Amaretto or Butter Pecan?
