You’ll see picture after picture of the 2003, 2004,  2005 & 2006

 event featuring thousands of visitors having the time

 of their lives in our Historic City during the

period the event was held.

Last year for each weekend we merged…music, entertainment,

 folklore, thematic costuming, parades, decorative lighting,

the ever-so-popular  SNOW SHOWS, pictures with Santa

 and evenings full of fun, food, shopping and all-around

festive holiday merriment for an ENTIRE MONTH!

This year – we will showcase four weekends that

will thematically provide everyone with

 a completely different event!!!

First of all we will close Main Street in Boerne from 6pm to 10pm

 on Nov. 23rd,

    Nov. 24^th

    ^{Nov. 30th}

^&

^{Dec. 1st}

The whole avenue will take on a 19^th

century Christmas Fairytale-like aura as we once again

transform the entire city into DICKENS ON MAIN

 with a special added element for 2007 called…

“THE STREET

     OF DREAMS”!

Imagine an illuminated collection of festive tents featuring

 a host of local artisans & holiday traditional food booths strewn

upon Main Street from the River to the Main Plaza while decorated

horse-drawn carriages and hayrides transport family and friends

 back in time to partake in all the assorted activities.

The featured event attraction for Weekend #2 is held on Friday, Nov.30th & Saturday, December 1st

 the…Weihnachts Parade!

 Last year, OVER 95 floats entered this historic parade for a fanciful journey

down Main Street to the Plaza flanked by thousands of cheering holiday fans.

 So don’t miss the opportunity to have your company or FAMILY

 business be part of this popular Hill Country tradition for this year.

For the weekends of December 7^th, 8^th, 14^th & 15^th

we move the event to the MAIN PLAZA

 the centerpiece of City where we will feature the ever-so-popular

Kid & Pet Pics with Santa Clause and endless shopping in the glittering

HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE Plaza Bazaar, [holiday vendors] against a backdrop traditional

 holiday caroling, Snow Shows and live entertainment!

And on Saturday, December 8^th were once again staging the exciting 

 HOLIDAY

RIVER PARADE

 ALONG THE CIBILO!

{PROVIDING THERE'S ENOUGH WATER IN THE RIVER} 

Here again we invite you or your company to participate in the

start of what will become one of the most talked about events of 2007

of the Christmas season! All you need is a boat and a creative look and YOUR IN!!!!

And to close out A Hill Country Christmas we will be presenting…

in the Plaza!

The flavor of the ole’ west meets Father Christmas

in a weekend of knee slappin’ –toe-tappin’ country

holiday music and Bar-B-Q.

 And you won’t want to miss our strolling wild-west

 stunt performers who show you a thing

 or two about how it was at Christmas back in the 1800’s .

This year – our four weekends will thematically

provide everyone with a magical

celebration of the Holidays!!!
