"A Hill Country Christmas 2007 Event" Contract
All booths MUST BE WHITE IN COLOR - {for food vendors only], for the first two weekends as food vendors are on Main Street and are assigned on a first come basis until sold out. Food vendors: City of Boerne Food Vendors' Permit is required.
Show dates and times are rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable 15 days prior to the event. Specific show requirements must be adhered to at all time's during the event. Electric access only is provided. Vendors are limited to one extension cord up to 150' with a multi-plug attachment in their booth for basic lighting and Christmas lights not to exceed 200 watts per 12x12 rented space. Vendors are to provide their own chairs, tables, and display equipment. Each canopy should be secured with weights or screw-in pet stakes. No hammer driven stakes allowed. Set up must be complete by 4pm before the event date. Vendors are required to park in vendor designated areas or have their vehicles subject to be towed.

The Boerne Merchants Association, MarketDaysMGMT, the City of Boerne, Boerne Chamber of Commerce, Robert Caran Productions, local merchants, event affiliates, sponsors. employees, volunteers and contractors assume no liability for event attendance, vendor merchandise or equipment that is lost or damaged. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The above-mentioned parties from any and all liability for these events. Upon receipt of payment, your space will be reserved. Your booth reservation can be confirmed by enclosing a self addressed stamped envelope or email. Return this contact with payment to the Boerne Merchants Association by check or money order.
